Unlimited green waste collections are available to your household on request. The city’s green waste collection service is accessed via a twenty-four hour, seven-day-a-week telephone answering service. To make sure your green waste can be collected please follow the below advice:
When you need a collection, simply ring the collection service number on 9387 8521. Listen to the service requirements and then leave a message after the beep. Be sure to give your name, address and day time telephone number. Your collection will then automatically take place within three working days.
